What is a template page?

A template page is an easy-to-use template where you can edit select areas to create a new, unique page. It can bring more structure to your content, especially when multiple persons are responsible for providing and scheduling content.

How to create a template page?

Create a normal page with your default content

Then select a piece of content that you want to be editable when this page is used as a template.

Click on the 'Make editable' button as shown

You will be asked to enter a name for the layer, this will be the name as shown when this page is used as a template as well

Any layer that is editable will have the pink icon to the right

If you follow these steps, this page will automatically show up as a template you can use when you create a new page.

How to edit a template page?

After creating a page from a template, you see the page in the page editor. The only difference from a normal page is that it will only allow you to edit the layers that are editable.
